Welcome to our last one of these for April. Say what? We've been through 4 now of these I cant believe the month is almost over. Just seems like yesterday it was April 1st and now here we are just 4 days from the end of the month. National Poetry month and I haven't written a single poem I haven't even shared what each day was like I usually do or wrote those down. Man am I lazy! Or just busy and sick either or.
1. Rainbow my dog of nearly 13 years got her shots this week. And I am worried as they said she might have a heart murmur. This could be very serious for her. I don't know if she for sure has it, what kind it is if she does or how serious it could be. But they could lead to quicker death. And that is something I don't want to think about even. So soon as I can get the $$ this will take time I will have to set up and find out if she has one and all the details. Xrays aren't cheap and serious or not I just have to trust God to take care of her till I can get her looked at. Keep her in prayers if you pray thanks.
2. I am still sick. No joke. This week was horrible from beginning to end. Monday night I realized my little sinus infection was relapsing and I ended up skipping class both Tuesday AND Thursday a first for me. I was achy, slight fever, cough, cold, sore throat, ears popping in all week long. I even lost a shift at work on Friday because I was just too tired and sick to come to work for 4 hours. Really sucks! My meds are gone now so I am on my own. I have no idea when this is going away. All my antibiotic did was make me able to try to blow my nose more so this would be gone sooner. But now with no meds left I am forced to figure out if I want to call the doctor and go back in or just hope for the best and deal with whatever this is. For now its a nasty cold and cough and that's it. I just am a bit worried it could go back to where it was before the meds like bad sinus headaches all the time and losing sleep. That is something I would have to go back in for. Sigh.
3. It rained a little here and there past few days. We saw some yesterday. A little rain does zero for this drought but at least it helps the lawns and stuff to get some water since they don't. We haven't had our water on since last year so we don't really have a lawn. And yet our backyard still grows weeds and grass like nothing else. I don't get it lol. But yeah rain gone again. April showers bring May flowers right?
4. Work this week. I worked on Sunday an almost closing shift no fun there but glad it wasn't a closing. Then Monday I am still learning guest service but each shift I get like this is a better chance it will stick. I am not as nervous and doing things faster which is a good thing! I skipped work on Friday my first non-closing Friday in months and I skipped out sadly. Then I did close last night. I worked today and again tomorrow but not part of that work week.
5. School well I wasn't in school so not much to say. I did do my homework for philosophy on Sunday and I am doing it again tonight. I am doing perfect in that class which is just insane. I did turn in homework again for gender comm barely on Tuesday that was after skipping class and feeling so crappy. I probably felt the worst this week on Wednesday and Thursday... hope my teacher can give me the notes I missed. I hate missing actual class and this was the first time I did it without getting the notes before hand. We don't have much time left in school at all. Literally like 2 weeks and a few days. I have a final project I need to work on and haven't even begun yet. I'm not doing summer school. I might have but PC doesn't seem to give us $$ for free for summer even if MCC is which is odd. What can you do?

The Weekend 5 (Sunday, April 19th 2015)
One more of these and then April is done. Say what?
1. School this week I am proud to be done with some online homework. I had to turn in homework again this week which is interesting doing a treatment. While I know where I am going with my final project I haven't begun to work on it yet! And we have about 4 weeks left of school. Crazy stuff.
2. Work this week been keeping me busy. Still learning returns and such on Mondays its like the new thing done it two weeks in a row. Otherwise work is work and that is all I will say.
3. Been a year to the date that I worked my first actual shift at work. Crazy stuff. And here I am a year later still at my job. Time flies and really is unpredictable for sure. That is the truth.
4. I am still sick and finally saw a doctor on Wednesday. Now I am on an antibiotic that is causing me to feel funny but helping. And I am on some allergy pills too. Yup. That is how I am doing 7 weeks in to this thing.
5. As of tomorrow I am 8 months from my next birthday. So far nothing has happened this year that has been anywhere near what I wanted it to be. Sucks but just need to not give up and try harder.

The Weekend 5 (Sunday, April 12, 2015)
The year is really ticking by. Things come and go. Life goes on. And on and on...
1. I managed to see 4 movies this week. That is a record. Well not all in theaters. I saw 3 on dvd for free yeah redbox! And saw Insurgent the 2nd in the Divergent series on Tuesday. Not bad good film. Then for free from redbox saw "Imitation Game" good but sad film cause of how it ended with him and its true! I didn't really watch Insteller but it looked long and boring. I saw parts of it. And then Night at the Museum the 3rd one. Good but sad thinking about Robin Williams last film. So yeah that was my movies for the week not bad.
2. I didn't really workout this week but throwing it in here. I went for a walk just a walk. But my being sick still yeah that affected me. I do have a doctor appointment on this coming Wednesday. I am not looking forward to it but hope its worth it and they help me out. Cause I need it badly! This needed to be over long ago.
3. Work this week I worked on Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday. Lots of work and less hours but still. Work is work. I did learn how to do returns last week on Monday a shocker and its okay not hard. Unsure if they will ever use me again in GS but if they need me I am there for them!
4. School this week. Tuesday I went to find out about homework for Thursday. I didn't want to go. I was after all that work still sick and so tired. But I went. So I skipped out on Thursday. I literally went dropped off homework got notes and left again. That was my day at school. Online is going okay times ticking away. Will be done with this soon in a few weeks.
5. 2 anniversary's this week. I had my 1 year since my first day of work which was the 8th wow yeah about that. And since we are reflecting 2009 in days and dates when Friday the 10th rolled around and I remembered the tornado of 6 years ago it was kinda trippy. I will never forget that day or what happened and could have happened.
Well that's all. I got homework to do. And wow a fire on the side of the freeway earlier right by my job. GLAD it was put out asap but boy I do not want my store to burn up I kinda need my job thanks. Laughs. See you all next weekend. Have a good one!

The Weekend 5 (Sunday, April 5th 2015)
Welcome to April and Happy Easter everyone!! How was your weekend? Since I've been working all weekend it wasn't much for me. I miss church especially when its holidays. I haven't been since sadly Christmas...
1. I am still sick and this week I am going to call the doctor. Nearly 2 months of being sick is driving me nuts. I think I am fine then I get sick again. I have a bad sinus headache as I write and I had it earlier too at work. Driving me crazy. I was icky yesterday to the point that I was so achy that I had to take something. I was nearly close to a fever like I was when I first got this. Not any fun. I hate being sick!
2. I did one powerwalk this week so that was good. I am trying to get in shape when I can as this sickness allows as we want to do another race in less than 7 weeks now. So May 23rd. Shall see if I can get $$ together and the day off but really want to do this one. So there is that. Would be nice to run some of it shall see if I can kick this thing and then move from there.
3. Work this week I worked a lot it seemed like it. I worked Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday. Of course last night we got off a bit early as it was pretty slow. And Friday was pretty busy only cause not enough of us closing. Doing more closing next weekend then norm not looking forward to this but what can I do?
4. Been at my job ONE year can you believe it? The 1st marked 1 year since my interview and unofficial interview. The 3rd marked 1 year since I was officially hired. This week marks 1 year since my first day. And I still am waiting to learn stuff and wondering how much longer will be here. Shall see...
5. School this week was okay. I am still doing alright in my 3 classes. I keep thinking I might do some in the summer but online only. I am unsure if our free money covers all semesters or just fall and spring. Then I am unsure what I am taking in the fall and if at both schools. Shall see. Just 6 weeks to go!
That's all for now. I'm in pain so I will be getting off here. I have lots to do and I do work again in the morning sigh. Good night all. Have a nice week!
