Welcome back again. Got this up end of the day at the end of a long set of days of work. And one more to go. My feet are killing me. And life is just not going the way I want it to go...
1. Workouts this week I did a real one just once. I did the wiifit including a bunch of stuff I don't normally do. I had fun yes but it was exhausting and I felt it. I had every intention of doing it once or twice more. Instead that was my only workout for the week. I had to work on the days I would have worked out fully. I tried.
2. I worked a lot this week. I worked 5 out of the 7 days that is a lot. Hours? Not so much. I should be getting 30hrs or more. Instead I am just working up to 25. Most are closings. We keep losing people at work then hire more people and still I suffer. Its not right. I need a new job asap.
3. Went to comic con outside area this week. We couldn't volunteer they wouldn't let us even try to be on a wait list back in March already. They weird. Got sunburned but had fun. Got some free stuff. Then went to dunkin donuts got good food and coffee too. The train ride excellent. Good day all around minus the sunburn.
4. I wish I knew what was happening with school. Will I get help with books? Will I intern? Will I drop a class and only intern on campus at school? Will I ever have a real job? Life is so confusing right now. Trying to make best of it. I hope to be done with school for real no later than 2018. There ya go.
5. About this time in 1999 so 17 years ago. I had my knee operation. Sure they repaired my knee tear but also told me they cant do anything for me. I am forever with this knee injury never goes away. The same night before operation was the one we almost lost my sisters cat Patches to fleas. So between worrying about her and my own cat I didn't sleep much that night. I recovered slowly from the knee operation. I went through more therapy. Then told it was forever. And that was that. 1999 was the year that changed my life. And that July changed a lot too.
that's all for now. One more of these in July say what. August is coming school is coming. Summer is almost over. And I haven't done a thing. One month before I run out of time again. Wish me luck! Till next weekend have a good one.

The Weekend 5 (Sunday, July 17th 2016)
Mid way through July. Wow. Coming to you earlier today as I work earlier. They changed my later closing to me coming in for a full shift. I am tired cause I closed last night but NO complaining otherwise I NEED the hours. They been killing me all Summer. I literally had 2 weeks of great hours then crappy ones the rest. And school begins in a month fun times not really :(
1. Workouts this week did not really happen. I was going to do a real one on say Friday or Saturday. I should have done it Friday. All I did Friday was a walk. Then I slept bad so no workout yesterday. But this week I plan them on THREE days. Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Two of those Three I work later so WISH ME LUCK! Haha. Joining the GYM this week I hope or no later than next week since we have only till the 29th and that is coming up pretty quick.
2. Work this week was not so busy. I mean I worked a few days not a lot of hours. Although Friday I could have worked had I say been able to do. And Saturday I could have worked more hours but got the message too late to matter. Not having a car and then not being able to get ready earlier both kinda ruined that one. Poo. Oh and my UE expires next week but for some reason my boss decided to tell me the company might come after me for my $$ I got. The like $600 by now? Really? He will tell them not to. But seriously I thought I was done dealing with that UE thing back in June. I did the appeal then told I didn't need it. Since UE is paid by the company aka the company is paying me UE which I know doesn't that mean what I was told I didn't owe was being tried for the company? Doesn't that mean it IS taken care of? I didn't mention this to him cause I was kinda confused. It was super embarrassing either way. August is almost here and my chance of getting a new better job before I start school is looking not so hot. I was secretly hoping I could snag a paid internship then keep this job. Then I would do the internship twice a week, go to school twice a week, and only work my actual job Fri-Sun. Sadly I have to give them my new schedule before I know any of this for sure. Ugh.
3. Went to the beach on Tuesday. It was fun. Buccaneer Beach a small beach right here in Oceanside. Went for like 3hrs. The waves got mean and I got wet and kinda just gave up NOT getting wet. So I was wet and tired. Tiny bathroom and this stupid lady is why I lost my bathing suit, boardshorts and tank top after. 2 stales and we each in one changing. She comes in "are you changing or using the bathroom?" I mean there is NO changing room and only one set of bathrooms. So why does it matter? My sister rushes out as do I. And I leave them in there. Hours later we go back to check trash cans but they gone. Mom paid for me to get a new suit and shorts. I ended up with a skirt and suit. I miss my old stuff. I am so mad at that lady. And also whoever stole them! Who steals stuff like that? Really? Even a homeless person wouldn't want that? And yet they are gone so someone took them. :( Thursday we went to 5 stores looking after I got my suit. Gave up and got a skirt. So 6 stores middle of Summer. Better luck next Spring!
4. Today we should be celebrating Maggie's 12th birthday. Happy birthday in heaven. I am still sad we lost you so soon. Way too soon. I know they are in heaven our pets but I still miss them. Breaks my heart how sudden we lost her and how unexpected it was. RIP girl :(
5. Been 6 years since we moved into our AZ apartment. What a trip it was moving again. Thanks for the memories FB I recall now the funny ones I did on the way over. It was crazy hot there. But I loved our little apt every single day we had there. Not knowing how few we had. Also been 5 years since I hung out for the last time with my best friend. BFF for 14 years and she judged me for that day and wrote that letter and we are no longer friends. And I still will never fully understand why. Whoever she was that day she was not the person I met back in college in 1998. And I will never fully know. Mother, wife, and exbest friend
Well that was a sad long week. I hope this busy week isn't so. I work a lot 5 days. And we doing comic con outside free area. I have one free day this week. Yikes. Well better get to it. See you all next weekend. Have a good one!

The Weekend 5 (Sunday, July 10th 2016)
Here we are middle of Summer. Trying to get my lazy butt in the groves again. School starts in about 6wks. I haven't done any cleaning. Nothing marvelous. No new job my goal was August it could still happen but looking iffy. My UE runs out at end of the month. No help from anyone come August when school begins again. Debating dropping out of my one in person class to just do my internship if PC will let me do the one on campus. Yeah about that. Life is short never simple and always complex. The world is scary place but putting my best food forward is a good goal because standing still is never right and looking back is not a good idea.
1. Worked a lot this week! By a lot I mean a lot of days 5 out of 7. But not a lot of hours. Had I worked 8hrs each time I worked I would have made 40hrs. My job doesn't love me enough for that sorry kid. I only worked about 22 hrs again. Plus I left an hour early on the 4th of July. Yup that is how my week went.
2. 4th of July I worked just 2 to 7. My original was 2 to 8:30 (we closed at 8). But it got slow so the boss said I could not take a lunch and leave by 7. So I did. Lost an hour but its okay I will be okay with this. Went up to Ocean Beach and saw fireworks from a hill. We wanted to do the beach but couldn't find a spot close of course. Then it was San Clemente all over again walking forever. So parked on a hill saw them. Behind us could hear the big boom ones from San Diego. After we left we went to Dennys had some lovely food. Not such lovely service got forgotten but the waiter and spent at least 20min not planned waiting for the bill. Didn't get home till after 12 not cool.
3. Did make the beach on Wednesday. Tamarack which is part of Carlsbad. Had fun standing in the water up to my waste. Got some shells. Only there like 2hrs. But not so fun was a large rock about the size of my hand felt like it hit me in the shin on my right foot. Caused it to be red and swell up some. Ew. Had some coffee after new joint. Mom and my sister and me. Had to get home for my dogs vet visit so that is the rush. Plus left late.
4. Took dog to the vet. Her eye is 100% fine again. Told keep her on meds 4 days more. I did that. But the cone was cone for good. Trying to take care of another eye issue she has with homeremedy. Honestly cant afford another vet visit for this. All this on my cc I get to start helping pay next month. How fun. Not really. SO yeah about that. But all good there.
5. Did a real workout on Thursday. I was gonna on Saturday too but woke up too late. So I did the wiifit including some yoga, a power walk around the neighborhood and bike at home. Going to join the GYM this coming week think so. Cant wait to start that up been debating it for months and weeks and such. So yeah.
This time of year 6 years gone we were getting ready for our move to AZ. We go the truck on the 10th and began to move in right away. That is move in the truck. Not knowing it would take several days to pack that thing up. Fight and battle the horrible Summer rain storms and bugs that didn't want to leave our stuff alone. So nasty. Top off with a leak in our moving truck and the truck being BIGGER than the one we brought from California in 2007 it was just insanity. My life is currently divided in life before we began this up till 2006 then after each move 2007, 2010 and 2011. Who am I really? Off to do stuff. Sorry this is late been busy. Stay cool everyone. The Weekend 5 (Sunday, July 3rd 2016)
Welcome to July. And 4th of July weekend at that. Happy Birthday America! Hope the month is treating you well so for. And you are enjoying your weather and life in general. I cant believe we like half way through the Summer. This is my last full month before back to school next month. Yikes! But we can also go back to going back to Disneyland next month so that is a good thing for August :) Goal is to go at least once a month to use our passes ;)
1. I was reminded by Facebook its been 7 years since I got locked out of our apartment in TN. It was not a fun night btw. Getting a boot on the car. Not being able to get in the car or the apartment or even use a phone cause we had none. I'd like to dedicate that night to ADD at its highest. Hello. It turned out okay. We learned to lock our window better in the town house something we had not been doing didn't know how. It was funny me pushing my way in the apartment I couldn't believe I FIT under the desk and through that window. I am not a small person but I am short so I guess fitting not an issue. Pushing over a heavy chair full of books and scarying the crap out of my cat who was right there bonus points. Look on my sisters face when she thought I went in with a key an found out I had done what I had done was pretty darn funny. Her hero the guy from the insurance telling off the boot guy to get the boot off. Yeah about that all. Wont forget it.
2. Finally did the Del Mar Fair again this year. Honestly was unsure if we were going to make it. Not only was it hard coming up with the money to get there $17 for the train/coaster to get inside but money for while there. But somehow with my largest and still only large check this Summer I got the money and we went on Tuesday no less. Took the 3:32 coaster down, got off by the fair took a bus in. We were there from 4:30 till 9. But in that short period of time did a lot. Spent first half hour getting 4 different food samples for $3 each splitting each one so each spent $6. Then we goofed off in the Mad Hatter Alice area (the theme this year was Alice in Wonderland). Saw the pig races finally tried but missed last year. Year before we saw the turkeys instead. Okay then we had dinner split that. Greasy food it was kinda good but left us feeling funny. And the girls working there were not so nice. Rode our favorite sky ride back and fourth $4.50 cheaper than I recall. Got a funnel cake then made our way back to the bus. Then realized we on the wrong side of the park and had to pretty much run the second half of the fair grounds in 5 min and barely made the bus about to leave. Then rode the Amtrak home a first. They are so smooth btw so beautifully smooth it was so fun! Yup.
3. Worked a lot this past week. But not a lot of hours. There you go. Its truly unfair. I am unsure what to do about it. I will put it in my memoir someday that I should be working on. But other than that just look for another job. I cant save any more money for my dogs heart thing and know I will be putting the majority on my credit card. She needs it and I am about of time. She should have had it done last month. I need to find out if her meds are working or if she needs new ones. I'm not expecting miracles anymore my job has made it clear I get the left over hours from the ones given to those they like. Sigh. So I worked 5 days at around 22 sad hours. This week is the same. Next week back to 12 when I am not in school. Like I said new job before school I NEED to make that happen. I cant keep doing this. My UE is gone by end of July. They might help me out for this past two weeks but not much maybe $10. Will take it if they give it but not counting on much.
4. The 28th marked 24 years since the Landers Earthquake that rocked us crazy. I wont forget it even if I was 12 at the time. It woke me up and I stood there watching our light go out. I was on the top bunk and fell well jumped off to watch it. Later like 6 week later we got our first cats as kittens Patches & Princess found out no joke they shared a birthday with the earthquake. Joked how the mom had them probably cause of it imagine. But yeah I miss our girls a lot. Happy Birthday in heaven.
5. Today marks 20 years since my moms sister our cousins mom died. She had cancer. Cancer is a b truly. It takes a lot of our loved ones form us. Most of my relatives of recent we lost to it. And pets too if you think about it. My cousins cat just died last week to you guessed it cancer. Well today also marks 12 years since I said good bye to Barnes & Noble. I worked at that store almost 4 years. Spent most of July tearing it down. I couldn't find a job till August I was there till the end. That job got me through high school, was a true dream working at a bookstore. I made friends. Sure it was stressful causing me to develop panic attacks. It got me some good friends a few I am still in contact with. A crush that didn't go away for a while. It got me a lot. I loved that place. When we sometimes go by the mall I look over see whatever store there now. I wonder how different life would have been had it not closed. I was gonna go full time with them and save to move out to Los Angeles. That was my plan. Then they closed for good just 2 months after I finally graduated college.
