This is the last one of these for November. Somewhere in there I got lost. How did this month fly by? How are we so much closer to the holidays and end of year? Some months fly by that was November. Hope you had a good turkey day
1. Rain is on my mind because of how much it impacted us. We had rain a lot starting on Saturday and still going through Sunday. It was raining so hard at times at work I thought the world was coming to an end. I found myself in another store with tin roofs like Borders used to be so I can really hear the rain we all could. It rained so hard I got poured on when I was just going inside work. It was not so bad when I off but still. Today the rain was not as hard but it was still there ever present. And might be through tomorrow. I know we need rain but when I am stuck going outside of my home while in it I never like it ever.
2. Work this week was busy. I worked 5 days. I worked two turn around shifts. I worked Tuesday night then came back on Wednesday morning. I also worked morning in Black Friday which was crazy busy. People are insane on B day not kidding. I also close Saturday and worked an opening today. New work week but still wow.
3. School is going okay was off last week. Back to it this week. I will have about 3 weeks left before I am off for 2. I am trying out 1 possibly 2 4 week classes in January so really my break ends Jan 2nd. Both online (if I keep both). I am doing one for sure its the only way to take a class cancelled last spring that was in person this one is online.
4. Thanksgiving was fun I guess. But we all sick and the stress leading to up and after was not fun. My sister relapsing called out and was there to eat with us a first for all the years out here since she began back at LEGOLAND! Our uncle came over. It was an okay day. I love the food but yeah that is how it was.
5. So we are all sick and that is how I will end this. I finally go to join my family after weeks of avoiding it. I got a sore throat that last Monday, and Tuesday. Wednesday began the cold and still sore throat. I still have the cold with some coughing. either way I hate being sick so close to our birthdays and holidays. Still in school and working so much. Its a miserable timing for sure.
