Welcome to the LAST one of these for this month. Somehow this month which has dragged by in all standards is actually almost done. Just 2 more days. Wow what an odd first month of the new years. How are you doing?
1. I am still sick but think I am finally kicking this in the booty. I mean it. I have been sick for 4 weeks. That is a long time. As of tomorrow. However as of today I am thinking this is going away. I thought it was for sure turning into a sinus infection. Sure I still cough some and sniffly. Some of this is allergies. But I am better in many ways. So glad finally. That was a mean thing
2. School is done. I pulled a C in my class BARELY. My teacher did not give me any credit for my video which I could NOT upload right. I tried two different times. Then did barely get a C on my final. Either way I learned little. Barely passed. And only got my 3 units. Ugh. Real school begins this week as of tomorrow I am in Spring semester. I am taking 2 classes 1 in person 1 online. Cant afford the books for the 3rd wanted and school not helping out with them for some reason
3. Work was busy this past week. But not as busy as its been. I worked 6 in a row. I had 2 days off. Then worked 4 in a row. Tomorrow is my last day till Friday. I am off for school Tuesday & Thursday. NO reason on Wednesday and only work Friday cause I cant work on Tuesday. My job has dropped me down to under 30 hrs now that I back in school. Very annoying. I am trying to not complain even 22hrs a week is more than a year ago when I was still only getting around 8 to 12 per week if that.
4. Taxes done this week. Getting the biggest return ever gotten. I am saving at least $200. Then treating myself. This will include: pass to universal studio for a year ($109), ipod new $300 and fitbit $150. Unsure about the rest. I also want a NES system if amazon ever gets back in. Maybe a few movies. Bring on when they come please
5. Rain was really on my mind. Till it gone. WE had it here all the way last week till Tuesday. Then it gone. Not back once this week. And next week might not happen. Drought is really going away. I really love the break. Too much rain too much everywhere flooding oh my

The Weekend 5 (Sunday, January 23rd 2017)
Sorry this late. Its been that kinda week. Hope you have a good one so far!
1. Rain is the first thing I am writing about. Cause its just not going away. You see we in a drought. But as much snow and rain as we needed its coming too much too fast too close together. Areas flooding. Not great. Bad weather all around us. And will finally be gone on Tuesday. And gone for a good week at least. Yeah for that!!
2. School is going okay. I am just glad to be almost done with it. A 4 week class was a mistake if you ask me. I'm not getting a lot out of it. And its really stressful doing so much. 8 week or 16 week okay. But 4 weeks possibly never again. I wonder how this class would have been had I done it in person like I wanted to last year before it cancelled...
3. Work has been busy. I worked 5 days last week. And 6 days in a row since I doing this end of my 6th day not on Sunday. Work busy. Not so much next week or following. Hours being cut is NOT a good sign. I am trying to not complain but its really gonna suck for my second check in February. Going back to school shouldn't be a reason. I have 5 days I can work I want to work 5 days.
4. Rocky is almost done with his stitches. He doesn't wear his cone anymore. I know he should. But he hates it. We hate it. So we took it off haven't put it on in days. Glad he almost better. But since he has to get checked every 6 weeks this is now a life time problem for an animal not that old. No fun for any of us.
5. Still sick. 3 weeks and still sick. I think I am getting better but I am NOT better yet. I don't even wear makeup to work anymore. I just go with nothing on. Its odd. I never saw me doing this. I did it sometimes during the Summer when I sunburnt I would just wear eye makeup. But now Nothing wow

The Weekend 5 (Sunday, January 15th 2017)
Welcome to week 2 of these. How is your year treating you? Believe it or not I still haven't written down my new years resolutions. Maybe I should be like I don't have any that is my new years resolution :) haha. Btw I had to stop writing this when my battery died on my laptop and I was too frustrated to continue that is why its late!
1. Monday I began to get sick ON MY OWN. I had a few co workers sick. So I was getting sick cause I run down no other reason. A week later I am still sick. Went from sore throat to cold to cough in a day. And now the cough still here to stay it seems I swear ugh. I drink OJ every day I try to get sleep but been working a lot this week so it has not been easy. I was off one day and that did nothing for me. I am glad this coming week I have 2 days off I can try to get over this but unsure. School is in 2 weeks for real this cannot continue
2. Rocky is sick again same thing as last year in April. I cannot believe this is happening again. He went two days of acting funny well a few extra. He was acting funny for a while. But for two full days hiding and we couldn't look at him. So back to the vet we went and back to another $500 for my credit card. In less then 1 year Rocky has put $1,000 on my credit card. I saved so much last year not getting my dogs heart thing done which was okay cause they said her heart is fine from the cough they did so much to figure that out. I was so happy I didn't do that $550. And then this happens. 2017 is starting out pretty darn crappy. He is back in the cone gets his tube out on Tuesday. He is not a happy kitty. My credit card isn't happy. My sister paying me back for my credit card isn't happy. I can only imagine how high my payments will be come March when this will be on there. Pets are way too expensive. I love our cats I love my dog. I cant imagine life without them. But once they gone I have plans for no more pets. No more cats no more dogs. I am not kidding. If I marry someone with a pet already. If we get one together whatever. But for me as a single person this is it. Its too costly at the end. Its too sad when they gone.
3. Work this week was busy. I was a good girl and stuck it out. And worked very hard while being so sick. All full shifts again. 7 or 8 hours each time. Ended my work week well. I got my raise and will know in 2 days how much this was worth. But doing it sick was not fun. And I was sick every day I worked. It began on Monday (I was off last Sunday). There you go. While I want and need a a ew job. This steady income and lots of hours is what is keeping me. That and the energy to get a real job is too much. However my goal is to have something real by time Fall hits. I want to have this at least through Summer because I want to do an internship that will not pay me and need to have two days a week for that while working a job that is steady. It means a busy Summer but trying to be hopeful this works out!
4. Rain rain is gone for now. Coming back in a few days. BLAH. I swear rain cold and lack of sleep got me sick last week. And it isn't going away. We got a break. I understand the drought is bad we need this and its helping really it is. But it will take a lot of this more then what we will get to break this drought. 40% of the state is not in drought that leaves 60% in 2 months more of our rainy season. Anyways. Over the rain glad for a break.
5. School is going okay. I still love my class but most of the learning I am doing is from books. Sure I am earning 3units for this 4 weeks but don't know what else I am getting out of it. I do know I will not be taking that many more units come real school in 2 weeks. I am thinking 1 in person, maybe only 2 online.

The Weekend 5 (Sunday, January 8th 2017)
Slowly I am getting used to writing 2017. Will take me several months I am sure. I am still off when I write in my journals crossing off that last number. Oops. Hey by middle of year I should have the new year down pat ;)
1. The 6th early late 5th but for sure 6th we lost Princess Angel my cat 7 years ago. I still miss her. I think my heart will never stop missing my cat that I loved for so long. She was my last cat. Just like Rainbow is my last dog. I love having pets but its too painful saying good bye. I may never have human kids these are my kids. The longer you have them the worse it is to say good bye and to recall them. Its just TOUGH. Horrible. I still miss my pretty little girl :(
2. Work has been busy this week. I worked 5 days. Most of my shifts were not closing shifts. Which was good! Especially since next 2 weeks I have exactly 10 shifts total in 2 weeks and 9 are closings. NOT kidding. This past week I worked an opening, had a set of 2 days off in a row Monday & Tuesday. I closed Wednesday, then came in mornings for Thursday & Friday before ending the week on a closing. I am off today. But work next 4. I am exhausted. SO many closings just thinking about it in a row. LONG closings too. But I cant complain too much. I am working steady and its not ending. I will see how it goes with school and yes I am still going to find a new job that I love. But for now carry on retail job of mine
3. Did the GYM just once this week. I went on Monday with my sister. We got our pizza and then a workout in. Which was nice. I love working out. Sad wont be much for the next week or so sigh. I was gonna workout on Thursday then get a new phone later with my sister. But the rain and such kept me from doing any of those plans ugh
4. School is going alright. Never done such a short class before. Real classes begin in 3 weeks. I gave them my new schedule at work hope they listen to it but still give me hours. We had a ton of rain this coming week and this week more to come. Its just endless every few days rain. I know we need it but its so annoying same time this is California not TN or AZ
5. Did Disneyland for a mass failure on Friday. First I worked 4 hours in the morning. My sister got me an hour after I off. Went straight to the OC area. But didn't make the park till closer to 7. Stupid crowded kids still out whatever the reason we had to park a billion miles away like we did in October. And cause it that crowded we rode 1 ride in California Adventure and 2 rides in Disneyland. We there 5 hrs rode 3 rides, saw the light show in Cali that was nice we came for that for real but hoped would ride more for our time. Ate dinner too. Came home super late. Had to work next day. So tired from this still
Well that is all for now. I have a smart phone as of Tuesday still getting used to it. Taking time. Its like my ipod but different. I am not putting a ton of apps on it because it needs those gigs for pictures and phone stuff. The apps are for my ipod and ipad. I will still get an ipod with my tax return money. But for now I am using this. I am such a geek. Swear. I have a smart phone, ipod, ipad, mini ipod, and a laptop. Would be fine to sit there with them all whenever possible. Glad I didn't have this much stuff when I a kid, kids today... okay that is all for now. Have a great week! See you next one :)
