Weekend 5 (Sunday, Sept 23rd 2012)

And back to being weekend 5...

1. Celebrated Mistys birthday on Monday for real. Hard to believe my youngest sister is 26! So we gave her some gifts (she loved ours happy!). And got ice cream at Cold Stone. It was fun. Just a bonus day from Saturday before :)

2. This week I applied for a job with Fresh & Easy (again). I also applied for a job with Party City. A seasonal position only for October. Should they take me on and I get back on with LL then I would be busy next month but happy! Heres to hoping as PC hasnt called me yet (I will check back on Wed). I've been getting nowhere with LL so far. I called them Wed then again Fri. Good news: they havent called anyone (in fact they dont have ENOUGH people applying yet). Bad news: I still have NO idea what is going on and if there are issues with me. I will be talking to them again I hope for real tomorrow (mon)

3. Loving church. Then tried out this life group thing. I dont know if its for me. To be honest it wasnt what I thought and I wasnt so into it. So I am unsure if I will keep going back on Tuesday nights. We shall see I may give it a go one more time to make sure. But church is great. New series start today and hope to make it in person for every single one of it (8 weeks total)

4. Workouts are going very well! I am still at run/jog 4min walk 2. I could be up to 5 twice on Fri night I went past 4 without noticing. But I am still aiming to be doing 5 & 1 in Oct. I may up myself first week of Oct to 10 min total of each set and then second week start on 1 & 5 we shall see. Race is now just under 6 weeks away!

5. Said good bye to Summer and hello to Fall yesterday. Hard to believe we have come full circle in our seasons and time out here. Just hard to believe in general. I recall how exciting Summer was for me and how disappointed I was with it. I had to fight for hours at work and I worked all the time. I loved/love my job of course but sadly never made the beach to go in the water but ONE time. And I live 10 min from it. So Summer is gone and now onto Fall and gee whiz Sept almost gone this year is nearly done WOW!
