Half way through this month its flying by!!
1. So my job news is this: nothing much at all! I am still getting unemployment thank God for that one. But really nothing else. I had an interview for Sugar Plum Kids that turned out to be crap. I felt like crap going in and forced myself. And was rewarded few hours later to learn I was "not qualified enough" which makes NO sense at all. I have been in retail nearly 10 years! It wasnt a high up job it was a regular job. Its stupid no clue. And she appeared to like me. I will never understand job interviews where it seems like I am liked and yet I fail. I understand sometimes I know I wont get it but this felt like I had a good chance (wrong again) Sad. Oh well I will keep applying
2. I am still sick nearly 2 weeks. Its the weirdest thing. I dont get better I dont get worse I am just stuck. I have a small cough small cold. But nothing else and its like what gives? I take vitamin C daily and nealry enough sleep or more so. Its annoying and hope its gone soon
3. Not letting sick get me down I have worked out one time this week. Yeah sad just one but I tried. And I am glad. I will force myself into 2 min of running this week. And do this for 2 weeks. I am a month from the first of two races in March and I need to be in shape asap! So here we go. And sick still isnt fun but I am trying. I am excited when my ipod comes I will be able to add music again so that makes me smile I hate just going out with nothing at all...
4. Thursday came and went and I didnt celebrate another one with a special someone. I've wanted a valentine since I was a teenager and yet here I am a good lets see I think wanted one since 7th grade so a good 20 years later! One day it will be a real day. For now again it was for my moms birthday and I tried to not think of what it could be. We went to La Jolla Cove and then the Birch Aquarium our treat to her we saw it last year. Still fun time. Lunch at Norte's. I didnt sleep night before so my special treat to me was a nap that night for 3hrs. I got some half priced candy next day so that was good too tired to go out at midnight like we usually do
5. My sister had to rent a car out on Friday. So I have rode in a few times now. Its not bad being in a smaller car after 2 months in my dads jeep. This will be her car and mine till Tuesday night. I am glad for it because its like we have freedom again that of which we lost when her died in Decemeber. But will be sad to see it go as we are down to ONE Car now till March when they get a new van as the van has too many issues to drive. No comment
