The Weekend 5 (Sunday, June 2nd 2019)

Welcome to June! June has so many promises and such. This month I hope for things like going to the Del Mar Fair once, universal once, there will be Fathers Day, the cats turn 11 and Rainbow turns 17. We recall Cocoa my dog and our cats Patches & Princess all June birthdays now gone. And today is my cousins birthday. That is June. And SUMMER and hopefully warmer weather, beach days, and my radio show coming back! See ya May welcome to June!

1. Been trying to enjoy my time off this week! On Tuesday my first of two Tuesdays off (if I dont do my show on Tuesdays then never mind this but I am thinking I will get this spot not the one on Thursday). I cleaned some, also I planted my two plants with hopes they grow and dont die. Thursday I went with my mom to the bird thing. My job (lame) would not let me have the 1st off to do the bird thing. Idk why. So we went Thursday and had fun. Except my bug bite that wasn't a fun time. Ha.

2. Workout this week just 1! But next week the gym is a goal at least once maybe twice. We shall see! Anything better then nothing. I did a walk at home with my baby girl. And then a bike ride. I called it walk with Jesus we went for a walk. It was lovely 100% yes yes. I missed walks. I truly did. I am glad to do this with my baby. She cant walk much I did carry her some but yeah we had fun. Mini workout.

3. Working on my stuff for my future show unsure when it begins I think next week! Sooo soon as I know I can finally label my next notebook set and get that going and start planning. I hope I can somehow pull the hours off. I am going to try to spend an hour or two each week at school adding songs to my playlist. I am going to also look into doing a blog and hoping my manager will possibly put it on our blog if not I might just make it my own blog and bounce if off my page. I want to actually look into doing an internship in the fall and the class too. If I can do both I would be at a radio station for a few days each week, and doing my show once a week, while trying to figure things out. Trying to get as much experience and foot in the doors as possible. I had this crazy notion that I would LOVE to work at KRTH someday soon. They currently doing 70's 80's 90's music GREAT TIMES! Its 80's plus 70's and 90's. I wouldn't mind if they doing 80's 90's and 00's. Depends on how long it takes to get there. Mind you this is going to be moving to Los Angels a hard market to get into and a station that is very popular. But the idea just popped in my head and I let it linger there. If its Gods will it will happen. Till then keep getting experience at school and work on getting a real internship too yes.

4. Work this week blah. I am glad still for morning shifts. I love them so much! They make me SMILE while my two closings still give me a pound and a half of anxiety and make me want to cry. I hate them. I hate it all in general but I am trying to just live and work where God put me till I can move on. But end of this month I WILL be talking to my boss about transferring to another part of the store. Starting with what is open in our store or maybe to another store. I cant keep doing this. I am not meant to be up there. Its too stressful. I hope I can not be in as much pain on my feet if I am walking around and not able to really sit. So sitting I will miss. But even this is hard to sit sometimes especially when it busy.

5. Hard to believe 8 years ago at this time we in California having fun with our family. We planned a nice little vacation to Cali from Arizona. Brought the babies and came by car. Did theme parks and hung out with family. It was fun. I wonder if we would have worked so hard to come out to Cali if we had known we would be moving back home just a few months later. Live and learn I guess.

Well that is all for now. Hope you all have a great week. Mine is gonna be another boring one. Till I am back on the radio yeah. And nothing else to think about for now. Except new jobs and future jobs and keeping my eyes on Jesus one day at a time. God bless you always. See you next week!
