1. I have been working a lot this week. And I will continue. Its not a lot of hours per-say and I cant wait till they pick up and hoping they do in July as June hasnt been what I was expecting. Hoping my high expectations arent too high as it was 5 yrs ago it was really good in the Summer... but I love my job & I love working. Even in the morning when I am so tired I can hardly think straight. Its nice. I enjoy any time of day I work I LOVE my job. Please keep me in September yeah? :)
2. We had our BIG sale on Friday for us employees thats 1/2 off most stuff. It comes twice a year once in the summer and once at Christmas time. So it was a ton of fun. I havent bought this much lego sets probably since I worked here 5 yrs ago. I used to buy stuff all the time working for Lego and sometimes at the park too but yeah I cant when there is no discount or money coming in. I did try to get back with the company in 2010 what a failure that way...anyways I cant wait to build my stuff soon as I find time and place to do it (and put it when done!)
3. I have been faithful to working out EVERY other day this week. I am SERIOUS about this race in November. Zumba and walks every other day. Except today I only did a walk I ran out of time. One day soon I hope I will get back to doing wiifit too on the off days. I even did an MJ game I havent done that in a long time. Fun times! This coming week I walk again. And then NEXT week (end of June) I begin to do walk & runs too. Woohoo training continues :)
4. First Fathers Day with my dad in 5 yrs. And we cant eat with him cause he is going out to his fav place and its a bit costly ;) so eating out on our own but its nice to see him today which we havent. And give him a little gift :) Happy building dad! Got him a mini lego lighthouse (its tiny) and a gift card to B&N
5. I miss TN and AZ for their weather. Call me crazy but thunder storms, dust storms and blazing heat. I am NOT used to this lovely cool all year long weather in CA. Summers are a bit warmer but not that warm and its cold and cloudy about half the time. Will take me a LONG time to be used to this weather could be years sorry...
